NAABSA Berthing Procedure

Perth Harbour has four NAABSA (Not Always Afloat But Safely Aground) berths operated within the basin. The safe operation of these berths is the responsibility of the Perth and Kinross Council, along with their appointed harbour operator.

All vessels calling at these berths should ensure they comply with this procedure and all Perth Harbour Ports Byelaws and General Directions.
