Local Port Service Provision

Following a formal safety assessment carried out by the harbour operator, it is deemed Perth Harbours management of navigation shall be undertaken by a Local Port Service provision (LPS). 

Manning of Perth harbour radio (Ch9) shall only be during commercial operations, i.e. shipping movements or works being undertaken on the river by PKC or a contractor.

Out with the above, the harbour radio shall be unmanned and the harbour is only contactable via the harbour mobile number (24/7) – 07979 990 077.
